For those of you who have a Target with a Grocery Store, you need to head on over there quickly!

I found an incredible deal on Foster Farms fresh Boneless/Skinless chicken breast.  It’s currently on Price Cut through 6/5 for $1.99 per pound – normally $4.99 per pound!  Use the $1/1 coupon from the 5/23 Smart Source and you’ll pay as low at $0.99 per pound!  Now the smallest package my store had was 1.25lbs, so the total for that works out to be $1.19 per pound.  Seriously this is FAR below my buy it now price. In the past a great price has been Safeway’s frozen chicken breast in 4lb bags for $5.98 but even that is $1.50/lb and has added rib meat and fillers – ick.

TIP: Buy the smallest package you can find so that your $1/1 coupon value is maximised.

Don’t have that coupon? No fear!  I just bought (20) yes 20! $1/1 coupons on Ebay for $1.45 shipped!  Yes, it’s that crazy I paid $0.07 per coupon.  Score!  If you’re quick you might buy be able to buy the other batch of 20!  Otherwise, I plan on sharing as soon as I get them in the mail!

Is there a Target locally that has a grocery store. I know the ones in Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill and Pittsburg do not. I’d love to stock up on some chicken for summer.

Michelle, the Target with a grocery store in in Brentwood – but sadly they “ran out of the paper for the labels” so they are selling it at full price. You should know that I am LIVID and on the task right now, it’s totally a ridiculous claim. So for now, I wouldn’t plan a trip out there.
