Are we allowed to use more than one of the same target coupon in a single transaction?
Last time they wouldnt allow me to which threw off my whole transaction.

I was just at target and the signs were up, but no giftcard was prompted by the system so I had to show them the sign and they gave it to me, but I have a feeling they are going to be taking the sign down because they didn’t seem too happy giving me the giftcard. Either way, thanks for posting this because I am now stocked up on body wash for my three year old!!

Glad to hear they honored it, I bet it was a printing error afterall. Where in the US are you located?

I am in Lees Summit MO. The sign was only in front of the free and clear kids body wash so that is what I bought. I will have to check later in the week to see if they took the sign down or not. Thanks for the post though because I would never had even checked the kids body wash or thought to use the .75 cent off of one coupon. I love your website, thanks for all your hard work to help save us all money!

Oh NOW that’s a good point – duh! Did the register prompt the cashier to give you a gift card without any issues?

The manager had to come over and she did it manually after I showed them the sign, but normally when this happens at the Target here in Lees Summit they don’t honor it, they just say it is a typo and take the sign from me. I really have a love/extremely dislike relationship with Target these days! :-)
I was going to use the .75 off of two coupon, but when I was at target I saw your post on facebook and went to my binder and found my coupons for .75 off of one, but I thought they were only for the everlasting sunshine so I was very excited to see the coupons really were for ANY body wash and about being able to save even more money! Thanks again!

The deal on Suave did not work for me. There was no five dollar card with purchase of four at the Target I go to in Daly City. I also could not use the carefree coupon on the smaller size carefree panty liners. It was a miserable experience at Target. I will not be doing that again anytime soon. They treated me like I was trying to steal. Like I was some overbearing customer trying to get one over on them. It was not fun. I shop there all the time and they hassle me if I don’t choose the right checker. But since they have so many new checkers now it’s hard to find the ones you know that know what they are doing when it comes to coupons. Boo Target!

Oh bummer Adela, what a terrible experience! I am beginning to wonder if it was a misprint.

Thanks ladies. Lucky for me Target isn’t the only place to find a good deal :) . It’s nice to have the support of fellow couponers.

Just can home from snagging this deal. It did not ring up with the promo but I was prepared. I took a picture of the shelf talker with my phone. Target did not give me the $5 gift card but took $5 off my purchase! I had my husband along so of course he had the same purchase and they honored it again. Thanks for the heads up!

I went to a NorCal store tonight and tried this deal. The $5 GC did not prompt and I didn’t notice till after I had paid. I went to Guest Service to return it, told the team member my problem and then he fixed it and just gave me the $5 GC. Sweet!!

I went yesterday to purchase the suave deal, and the sign was different than than the one you show. It said buy 4 get a $5 gift card, but it was for Herbal Essences, and some other products (there listed in the ad), not Suave. I still mentioned the sign when I went to check out and the manager checked it and honored the error by giving me a gift card, but said that someone must have placed the sign in the wrong place.

Just had the worst experience EVER trying this deal! I bought 4 kids bodywashes and no gift card was prompted so I went to guest services told them I bought the right items there was a tag in front of them also. they asked me to go get the tag, I’m 6 months pregnant with a cranky 2 yr old that wanted to be carried, so I walk to the complete over side of the store grab the tag only to be told no this is a mistake we can’t give you the gift card! I’m a little mad at this point and just want to return them and leave! Now I’m told I can only have a target gift card back, when I paid with cash? I said no I would like my cash back, they called the manager up who confirmed that the new store policy is store credit unless you come back in 24 hrs????? This was my last time at Target I’m so irrated! I even called the target 1800 number when I got home and all I got was a sorry and yes that actually is our new policy! I will never shop at Target again!

Chelsee, I’m so sorry that happened to you. I feel the same way you do about Target. I also wrote a letter to their corporate website. I probably wont get a response but it was worth it to be able to vent a little. I used to do a lot of shopping at Target. A lot! No more though. I will shop there still but only for the best deals. The bulk of my shopping will be done elsewhere. I am even taking my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I am divorcing Target. :) They really need better customer service.

The tag on the shelf is wrong, even though the price is for the product, the details don’t state Suave anywhere. It was an odd use of the signage though. My store honored the mistake by offering a $5 credit (target coupon basically) on the purchase.

I tried to get this deal today in Charlotte, NC area. I got laughed at and told no way were they going to give me the $5 gc for this deal as it didn’t say kids Sauve on the tag. Also on the tag, Sauve wasn’t even mentioned as being part of the deal.

I did use my .75 Sauve coupons and a .75/2 coupon (only had 1) so I did get all four for less then $4. I would have returned them if my son wasn’t so excited to get his very own body wash (he’s autistic so when he gets excited about something, I go with it).

Okay so I wanted to update anyone who cares on my Target fiasco. :) So after the horrible experience I decided to try the other Target store in my area. Not only did the cashier take all the coupons I gave her but she didn’t even blink twice when I handed them over. It was such a nice treat to be treated like a shopper instead of a sneaky criminal. :) I decided I had enough of Target from my last experience (it wasn’t my first but I try to be forgiving. I’m not perfect so I don’t expect anyone to be either. But I had my limit after this last time.) so I will not be returning to the Target I used to shop at. I also moved all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. I didn’t even realize until I asked that they will give me a $25 gift card for every prescription I transfer. That means they are going to give me $100 in gift cards just for leaving crummy Target. Woo hoo! Talk about a good outcome to a bad experience. :) Now I haven’t received those gift cards yet so we will see. But the cashier told me as long as I pay for them separately I am eligible to receive all of them.

I just went to the Walnut Creek store and there was a sign for the gift card but no card was prompted.
I told the cashier there was a sign right in front of the kids suave and then she had someone else go and check. The lady who checked said there was no sign, when there was a sign right in front. I had my 5 year old & 2 year old in the cart and 6 month old in a bjorn and was not in the mood to walk across the entire store to get $5 and prove my point. I just said it was okay and left. I was a little (okay VERY) annoyed b/c I have been having problems with coupons every time I come to this store.
And depending on which cashier you get, they will not take (2) coupons for the same item and then others will take all your coupons. “You never know what you’re gonna get”
