UPDATE: I checked myself this morning and there was some confusion, only the refill kits are a part of the $5 gift card promo. They have extended the gift on those through May 5th but the One Step kit is NOT included. However with the coupon and rebate below it’s still free at Target (and many other stores!)
Ok so there are 2 very high value offers, the first is a $5/1 Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Cleaner Coupon (zip code 32256) and a $5/1 Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Cleaner Rebate (zip code 77477).
Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner – $9.49
Get a $5 Target Gift Card
$5/1 Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Cleaner Coupon (zip code 32256)
Submit for $5/1 Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Cleaner Rebate (zip code 77477)
Final Price: $5.51 Money Maker!
I will be double checking the date on the Target gift card promo myself first thing tomorrow just to be certain. I would personally get the coupon/rebate printed though because either way it’s free!
Thanks, Printable Coupons and Deals for the heads up on this coupon!

The Frugal Find via Facebook April 9, 2012 at 9:02 pm
Did you use the zip codes I listed? I literally just printed mine…
Jayme Newsom via Facebook April 9, 2012 at 9:02 pm
Yesmaybe I overlooked it
Jayme Newsom via Facebook April 9, 2012 at 9:04 pm
It was just me, I ran right past it!

This deal ended 4/7
Leah April 9, 2012 at 9:09 pm
From what i am seeing the $5.00 off the scrubbing bubbles is a REBATE not a coupon…could you please confirm?
Julia April 9, 2012 at 9:12 pm
Leah, there is one of each a $5 coupon AND a $5 rebate – both using different zip codes listed above.
Joan April 9, 2012 at 9:18 pm
does it come with the gel? or is this just the device?
Julia April 9, 2012 at 9:19 pm
It’s the full kit with a full size container of cleaner.
The Frugal Find via Facebook April 9, 2012 at 9:19 pm
Ashley, I just called my local store and she checked the tag for me. She said it goes through May 5th.
Ashley Goodrich via Facebook April 9, 2012 at 9:21 pm
Maybe it us a regional difference then because the picture I took of the deal says it ends 4/7.
Sue April 10, 2012 at 8:43 am
Ashley what area are you in? I dont want to run out in the rain if its not going to work in CA
The Frugal Find via Facebook April 9, 2012 at 9:22 pm
Interesting, I’ll definitely double check myself tomorrow.
The Frugal Find via Facebook April 9, 2012 at 9:23 pm
I was so annoyed that the picture I took cut off the date and I saw the email come through AFTER I was already home from Target this evening. Figures
So I called, I sure hope she’s right.
Joan April 9, 2012 at 9:24 pm
thanks, Julia. another question. If I only buy this use and use the q, will there be a problem since the final oop is less than the gc?
Julia April 9, 2012 at 9:25 pm
Not that I’m aware of.
Anu April 10, 2012 at 6:47 am
Hi, can someone plz let me know if this product works well.. is it worth trying?.. Thank you..
Jolene April 10, 2012 at 9:02 am
Hi Anu,
I’ve tried the One Step Toilet Cleaner. If I leave the device in place clipped to the toilet rim, it tends to get gross. You see, I have all boys at home … As a result, I was left with an extra thing to have to clean: the toilet + the One Step device. My solution was to clip the device on only when I needed to spray, and then unclipping it and moving it away, which defeats the product’s purpose. Just my personal review of this product, hope it helps.
Anu April 10, 2012 at 9:10 am
@Jolene- thank you for such a clear, detailed response.. just one more question- when you clip it to the toilet rim, does it work well (or) does it spray outside the toilet bowl and make a mess?
Jolene April 10, 2012 at 9:15 am
Anu,
It sprays well. The lip of the toilet boil edge seems to prevent it from spraying outside. The cleaning foam also slides down the sides of the bowl, supposedly w/the scrubbing bubbles happily cleaning along the way.
Read the instructions for installation carefully, and should have no problem. Good luck.
Julia April 10, 2012 at 9:18 am
I MUST ADD, lol do NOT squat down to see how it works while stepping on the spray peddle. Oh boy, that was NOT fun
Anu April 10, 2012 at 9:19 am
thanks a lot Jolene.. appreciate your response.. have a nice day!
Jolene April 10, 2012 at 9:22 am
LOL, Julia, I remember when you posted about that! Yes, wear your safety goggles!
Anu April 10, 2012 at 9:27 am
@Julia – LOL

My Target has a sign on the refills (Valid 4/9-5/5), Buy 3 Get $5 Gift Card. No gift card for the One Step Kit anymore.
The Frugal Find via Facebook April 10, 2012 at 7:57 am
Oh bummer! I’ll be checking our store this morning too.
The Frugal Find via Facebook April 10, 2012 at 7:57 am
The good thing is that either way it’s FREE with the coupon and rebate!
April Eubanks via Facebook April 10, 2012 at 8:03 am
And some of the kits that I bought a few months back had coupons in them, including a Buy One Refill, Get One Free…so if you happen to have 3 of those, you can get 6 refills ($3.99 ea) and pay $11.97 OOP and get $10 in Gift Cards back!
Joan April 10, 2012 at 8:36 am
I found the same thing as April did. GC on refill only, not the kit
Elise Tarr via Facebook April 10, 2012 at 10:36 am
This must be a regional deal. They are not giving a $5 gift card with this deal in WA state…at least not at the 2 Target locations that I checked this morning
Still is FREE with $5 coupon and rebate though which is good!

My Target didn’t have the gc attached to the kits…still with the rebate it is free:)
Jon N Angel Layden via Facebook April 10, 2012 at 12:31 pm
My local Walmart had these on clearance for $6 each. I don’t know of it was just for my Walmart or if it’s all of them, so you might want to check there. (angel)
Maddie April 11, 2012 at 1:50 pm
The coupon must be gone, as I’m only able to locate the rebate, even with the different zipcodes.
Maddie April 11, 2012 at 2:01 pm
But there is still a $3/1 coupon available using zipcode 33033
