The link is not working, just brings up a blank page…So annoying…I don’t think I will look for any of these “deals” anymore…jsut a way to get your info and you never get the benefit!

I finally got it to work, used a link on their page from 23 hours ago that had the facebook link, web link and mobile link. I got the web link to load, it says they will mail it to you in 2-3 weeks.
