Whole Foods Shopping Trip 11/5

Shopping TripsWhole Foods

After Safeway we stopped by Whole Foods, I still had the $20 Living Social deal that I paid $10 for.  So we bought a few extras to make sure we’d be over $20 after coupons.  Before coupons our total was $56.29 and after coupons it dropped down to $23.61 that’s a 58% savings even before the Living Social voucher.   Anytime someone says that coupons are just for junk food, send them this link – it’s proof we can eat healthfully and SAVE big!

Next I used my $20 Living Social voucher and paid $3.61 out of pocket!  My daughter also had her Whole Foods Kids Club and was able to get a snack FREE (up to $1.99 value).  I will also get another 10% cash back for endorsing Whole Foods.

That’s awesome! I wish my WF would let me pair a WF coupon with a manufacturer coupon. They flat out refuse. Have you seen this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2UFc1pr2yUU LOL! : )

Hi there! I love reading your blog and perusing it. Thank you so much for your daily updates on all the good deals. I am new to couponing and never knew you can coupon at whole foods! WholeFoods may not be “WholePaycheck” after all! With your information and scouring coupons online, i was able to go from $14.01 to $1.42 !!! yay!

Can someone tell me why when I print out the Whole Foods coupons, I’m missing parts of the coupons? Is it because I print them out in black ink? I’ve even printed them out in the highest quality. UGH! Help!

i went to whole foods for the first time on sat.. probably never going back again… first of all they took all the $2.00 coupons out of the book and said they were a misprint..that was frustrating….. then when i finally found what i was looking for and went to check out .. i was informed they wouldnt let me use a man q with the store qs… kept telling me store qs were actually man qs also… i am in the southwest pacfic region and i have been looking for something on their coupon policy for my area with no luck..

I have a few questions about coupons at Whole Foods. Is there a limit to the amount of coupons from the coupon book in the store that you can use in one order? I would love to see if they would order a case of the chocolate chips for me and let me use the $2 coupon. Any one know? I believe the wording on the coupon is one per purchase.

Jennifer, you can use one of each Whole Foods coupons per transaction.

I was at Whole Foods today and the cashier told me that the chocolate chip coupon was a misprint and to pick up a few extra of them because they will be changing the coupon soon.

I went to Whole Foods after seeing your post and tried to use two different Alexia coupons from two different sources. The checker told me I could only use one as I only had one bag of fries. They were both printed coupons so they looked similar but I told him about the 2 sources and showed him that the codes were different but he would only accept one. Has this ever happened to you?

Wendy you can only use 1 manufacturer’s coupon per item you purchase. You can use 1 Whole Foods Coupon and 1 manufacturer’s coupon but that is the max.

Thank you Julia. Above you have listed 2 manufacturers coupons and 1 whole foods coupon lowering the price from $3.39 to $1.84. How did you do that?

Reply

Julia November 8, 2011 at 8:28 pm

Wendy, the price is $1.84 after (1) $0.55 Whole Foods Coupon and (1) $1/1 Alexia Manufacturer’s coupon. If you used (2) $1/1 coupon it would only be $0.84 but you can’t do that. Does that make sense?

I listed both coupons in case you weren’t able to access one or another.

Well now I just have to laugh at my bad math! Thank you! It all makes sense now. :-)

No worries, I’ve been there and you had me question my math too :)
