I don’t go to Curves, but my mom does and loves it….however, I am doing the Curves diet and think it’s great. After doing Weight Watchers many times I thought I would try something new and have really enjoyed their plan. Not all Curves have the diet classes, but my mom goes to the one in Martinez by Nob Hill and they have class every Monday night.
