I paid in 3 transactions – the catalinas ARE rolling! You’ll see below that I used the catalina from the previous offer to pay for the next. This is the best way to keep your OOP (out of pocket) low. Safeway Shopping Trip 1/13 & Living off the Land Update

So we are doing fairly well on our “Living off the Land” challenge, 13 days in – $48.25 spent on groceries alone including today’s shopping trip. However we did eat out tonight. Tonight, yes it was one of those days. I didn’t sit down until about 3:30pm today and even then it was to sit down and work. When my husband got home at 5pm it set in that I had completely forgotten about dinner, you see lunch happened so late as it was I didn’t even realize it was 5pm. One of those days. So Little Ceasers came to our very cheap rescue. How are you doing, are you finding the challenge, well… as challenging as I am?
