Ok, so I recently ordered through Medco Health Store to test out the code before I shared it with you all, and sure enough my shipment came quickly and I was out a whopping $1.12 for several items!  Hip2Save just posted some free items she found, so that sent me on a hunt too!

At Medco shipping is ALWAYS $0.99, no matter the size of your order.

To make things even better there are a few $10 off $10 codes still circulating, if you haven’t used these before you can try DR10 or FIRST10.  These codes are VERY hit or miss, some people are able to use them and others are not, I am not sure why.

However, even without the codes there are a few great FREE items right now after instant coupon…

G416A (expiration unknown)
BBXDVD1 (supposed to be no expiration)
.
These codes work similiarly to the Redbox codes, in that you can only use them once PER debit card.  They are good for a single night rental.  Personally for some reason I find it very hard to return these on time – so in several cases, these have not been free.  But that’s just me, so I avoid these machines my husband asked me to never rent from them again.

The picture above is of a new machine inside of (the already very congested) entrance to the Antioch 99 Cents Only Store.
