So since we are all sitting here, waiting to see if we won chocolate… does anyone have a good chocolate ganache recipe they want to share? I have the cake ready, I just need to coat that baby! (I am turning 30 tomorrow and made myself a cake… that way my husband wouldn’t go buy one…. again, trying to save a buck!)
can I ask what ganache is? is it icing?

Yeah, it sort of looks shiny on the cake… and is really runny and then stiffens after you pour it on…. you can also beat it and it turns to more of a frosting texture.
