This really is a treat…when you make ANY purchase at Starbucks from August 1st – September 3rd before 2pm, you’ll get a “Treat Receipt”. Bring your treat receipt back into any Starbucks that same day after 2pm and you can order ANY Grande Cold Beverage for only $2! So if you order a $1.65 tall coffee in the morning and then you order a Grande Mocha Frappuccino in the afternoon, you can now get both for just $3.65!

So what happens if you buy a coffee from a Starbucks in a Safeway. They don’t give out treat receipts.

Also – the treat receipt is no longer printed on blue paper. So watch your receipts closely so one doesn’t accidentally throw it away.

I like to give these away when I leave the coffee shop — I don’t need a double dose of caffeine, so might as well save someone else some money!
