I know Safeway’s coupon policy is every coupon $1… is that only for manufacture coupons or does that also apply to their store coupons?

Safeway will take a .25 cent manufacture coupon and make it worth $1. I was just wondering if they did the same for their store coupons.
No Dana, some regions will double a coupon (only manufacturer’s coupons) and only up to $0.50. They will not double their own coupons.
Ok, So does Safeway not make all their manufacture coupons a $1 anymore? I know they used to and I thought they still did? I know my Fry’s does and for some reason I thought both stores did…

I no longer do most of my grocery shopping at Vons. Trader Joe’s has a fantastic Multigrain Pancake Mix for $1.99 every day and they are friendly and smiling at checkout!
This was not in the Safeway in Tacoma…. Please specify where these sales apply.
