There are $1.00 off 1 12 fl. oz. Odwalla Smoothie refreshers in the Safeway Fresh Deals Magazine (found in the produce section or near the weekly circulars) Exp 8/31/12.

Good match up Jennifer! I believe Odwalla also qualifies for the Produce J4u offer (I have 20% off produce, others have $xx off a $xx produce purchase). So, possible idea is buy Odwalla $1.99 – $1 Fresh Ideas coupon you mentioned – $.40 J4u produce discount = $.59. I might try that!

Jolene…let me know if that works for you. I have the $3 off of $15 produce but I’m certain I could make that with the blueberries and salad items. I also had a Hormel Natural Choice lunch meat on J4U at $2.29 so with the 50 cents off coupon, it’s a go
My store also accepts the calif. cheese $0.55 coupon and we get doubles so I’ll be getting some of the Friday only 32 oz. cheese for $4

Jennifer, Odwalla worked like a charm! Quick light lunch! Got (1) Odwalla Refresher 150 calorie Smoothie + bananas in clearance bag. My J4u produce 20%-off worked on both the Odwalla+bananas even though the bananas were clearanced, lol! On bottom of receipt it shows additional 20% off as “copient Dept discount”.
So this leads me to believe that the other cold case juices & salad dressings might qualify for J4u produce deal, too…think POM Juice ( next to Odwalla) & Marie’s Spoonable Dressing.

i have a freebie in my just for u savings! a pepsi next 2 liter (paradise mango or cherry vanilla). and my mom got the free betty crocker shake n pour dessrts on her card! (we didn’t seem to have the rebate forms a couple weeks back like some folks did).

Just sharing my discovery: Safeway Clearance + Catalinas + Promos
Last week, I found General Mills Fiber One Bars w/ red clearance stickers 50%-off. It actually figures 50% off the club card price! Club price was $2.99, so with 50% off, it dropped to $1.49.
But it gets better! The promo Buy 4+, Save $4 was also applied! So that dropped it down to $0.49.
And it gets even better! The Catalina deal Buy 5, Get $3 was also applied! So I got $3 OYNO Catalinas back on every set of five. And used manuf coupons. Nice MM.

Does Safeway has a special clearance section ? Don’t believe that I have ever seen anything on clearance in the store near the bart in concord… which store usually has them ?

Leng L, the Safeway clearance corner is usually found in the back of the store…next to the milk & cheese & cold case. Better yet, just ask a cashier or customer service agent where the clearance corner would be in your store. Items with red clearance stickers vary widely & are very random. I routinely glance at the clearance every time I’m in store…sometimes I get lucky. I just wanted to share that the promos and catalinas still apply to clearance, and that 50%-off is calculated on club price. Good luck to you!

Leng L, also Safeway Meat Section will have its own compartments w/ an orange sign saying “Clearance” next to reg. priced meats. Clearanced milk & dairy will be on the reg. shelf but identifiable by red stickers 50%-off. Julia has posted pictures of the milk w/stickers.
