Take a gander around your store and look for a display with a ‘Heart Health Brochure’ with $18 in savings on Heart Healthy Products.  The store I visited today had a sign up that said these booklets were given out with a FREE Heart Health screening at the pharmacy.  Might be worth it!

I was not able to find the Folgers Coupon is there a specific zip code for it? Or is it not avaliable anymore?

I’ve been trying to find these “Heart Health” brochures in the Safeway stores in northern California. There are signs up all over the store that say the brochures are supposed to be located at product displays throught the store, but those product displays are nowhere to be found.

I didn’t see anything about having to get a screening at the pharmacy, and that would seem to be inconsistent with the sign itself. I’m confused. Help!

There are 2 different coupon booklets, one is a manufacturer’s booklet – you can see that one here…

The other is a Safeway coupon booklet that was advertised in the last ad. If you cannot find it, I would ask at the customer service desk they should have it. At my store there were stacks of them near the pharmacy but they weren’t requiring you to do a heart health screening.
