I have spoken to the asst. manager as well as the store manager at both stores and have been told that there is a new coupon policy being enforced and if I wanted a copy to go to RiteAid.com to view the policy. I have not been able to find an updated coupon policy. Has anyone else had any problems? I do have say that the cashiers werent friendly and werent knowledgeable about the coupon policy(cashier just tried to deny all my coupons at first but I requested to speak with a manager), the managers were apologetic and said they hoped to see me again soon. She was very nice and I only spent .98 cents on 4-4packs. I called the 1800 number on the receipt. The regional manager called me back and was very apologetic. He called the manager that refused to accept my coupons and cleared things up.
