Nivea Lip Care – BOGO
Used BOGO Coupons from 1/3 inserts
Final Price: FREE

Ex-Lax – $4.99
Get $2 SCR (Single Check Rebate)
Used $1.50/1 Coupon from the 12/26 inserts
Final Price: $1.49

I also had a $5 off $25 coupon that covered the extra on the Ex-Lax and almost all of the tax!  Out of pocket today I paid $0.61 and I will get back $2.00 in rebates!  PLUS I got 9 Game of Life tokens!  This rates up there with one of the more embarrassing posts/shopping trips to go live before 1000′s of you all, but alas, it’s life and it was a great deal!

It was in the SF Chronicle, so many extra coupons this week.

Tried everywhere this morning to get the SF sunday paper. Do you know if it is possible to still get the sunday edition today, being Monday? Love the money saving tips!

I’m not sure if you’re local to me or not, but I’ve often seen the Sunday papers in the newstands outside of Safeway a few days after the fact. However with yesterday being such a great paper, that may not be the case. Hope you find one!

how do you use the bogo coupon when an item is already bogo? I’ve tried once at Rite Aid and they looked at me like I was crazy and stated that since the item was already bogo I couldn’t use the coupon? Just curious?????

I have the same question about using a BOGO manufacturer’s coupon on something that is already BOGO. I tried at Rite-Aid tonight and (after an employee yelled at me from across the store and falsely accused me of stealing) the cashier told me that I couldn’t use my coupons like that. She was so mean and it makes me never want to go to Rite-Aid again! Grrrr….

What a horrible experience Missie, I’m so sorry! I’d print this out and bring it with me and ask to talk to a manager. It’s Rite Aid’s Coupon Policy.

I did this deal too and it felt sooooo great. I have two bags full for the women’s shelter and I feel great! I sent a note to the store about my wonderfull cashier and that helps!

Nicole, isn’t it great? I absolutely believe that we’ve been able to give SO MUCH more since we started couponing than ever before.

After reading all the posts I am glad I printed the policy right before I ran out the door to shop for my deals! I didn’t have any big issues this time around. I am curious (since I’m new to all of this) do I need to pick up more than one newspaper to have multiple coupons to get multiple deals? Right now we only get one Sunday paper delivered. . .Am I doing something wrong?
