The Caregivers Rebate Form is for 5 *or more* eligible products. There is no limit to # of products per order form (ONE form per envelope), or # of rebates per household. They do “reserve the right to limit quantities to normal household consumption.”

Ok… so I just got back from RiteAid and the packages of Huggies that qualify for the $25 gift card are OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. $17.99 for 52 diapers! That is almost $.35/diaper! I ended up buying 1 pkg diapers and 1 pkg swimmers to get to $25. Used $5/$25 and (2) $1.50/huggies coupons making my total $21.02. I did this twice so I spent OOP $42.04. I will get the $25 gift card… but I still haven’t bought enough diapers to qualify for the free pack?!!? Is this that good of a deal???

Mary – There are 2 different rebate deals like this one, that one is the Johnsons rebate (can’t remember the number) and if I wasn’t on staycation I would have blogged it! Hopefully I can get it up on Tueday. Shannon at http://www.forthemommas.com has this deal explained.
