Wow. This is going to prove to be one of ”those times” in life where we look back and we have either flopped or soared.
Today my husband turned in his resignation letter. We know our God is a big God, he knows our situation, the amount of debt we have, the 4 kids we need to provide for, etc…and even still He is calling us to take this step in faith. My prayer is that through this He will be glorified, people will see how God can work in miraculous ways even today. We covet your prayers during this time of our lives. We are praying for direction and waiting on the Lord as he lights our next step.
I have shared the full story up to this point, here Part 1 & Part 2. We are on a very exciting journey and I am so thankful that I have a husband who fears the Lord and is willing to take a risk trusting in God’s promises. I mean in reality, it’s a pretty well calculated risk…it is God after all and these are His promises. We’ll be fine.

Hi, I am new here….just saw a response of yours on DSM and decided to check out your blog. Are you all going into full time ministry? Prayers to your family….you seem like devoted, wonderful Christians from what little I have read so far.
That’s a great question! I don’t think so, but we really are clueless as to what the Lord has in store. I am currently serving as the Children’s Pastor at our church, however my husband isn’t sure where the Lord is calling him yet. I am glad you stopped by
