A few years ago I had an amazing appetizer at a New Year’s Eve party using a round of brie. It’s so easy and beyond delicious. This would be a great way to use this coupon!
1 – round of Brie cheese
1 – package of puff pastry dough
1 – small jar of raspberry jam
Roll the dough out and place the cheese in the center. Pour the jar of jam over the cheese. Wrap the cheese and jam into the dough. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for about 18 minutes or until the dough is golden and cheese is melted. Cut into small triangles and serve. DELICIOUS!!

another similar idea with brie – cut a hole in a sourdough round and carve out the bread. place the brie in the bread, pour a can of whole cranberry sauce into the bread and top with walnuts. wrap in aluminum foil and plcae in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. oh so yummy
