Raley’s: The Skinny on Stacking Q’s

Bay Area Deals

Since Raley’s is new to me (but I’ve fallen heads over heals for them!) I wasn’t 100% sure of their coupon policy, well turns out it’s a GREAT ONE!

Many of you have questioned whether we can stack manufacturer’s coupons with the Raley’s eCoupons (printable).  The answer is a BIG YES!

Here is the dialogue I had with Raley’s via Twitter yesterday:

So there you go, straight from Raley’s!  You can also see their Coupon Policy here which also clearly states that we ARE able to stack coupons. If you’re having issues at a specific store I’m sure Raley’s would like to hear about it.  Also, it might be helpful to print this post and take it to your local store.  Just use the “Printer Friendly” button below.

Raley’s Store Coupon Policy:

Raley’s stores currently accept company coupons, manufacturer coupons and coupons printed from the internet. We also accept manufacturers’ coupon in addition to our store coupon for the same item as long as thecombined amount of the coupons do not exceed the value of the item. We cannot give cash back if thecombined coupons would be higher than the retail of the item. However, we do not accept competitor’s coupons, expired coupons, coupons for product sizes or flavors that our stores do not carry or coupons that are for more than the value of the item. We currently do not support double-the-coupon value promotions.

Raley’s & Nob Hill are the same thing- when you print their coupons, they say “Raley’s-Bel Air-Nob Hill” across the top!

Thanks for getting the official scoop, Julia! I LOVE my Nob Hill store!

I am still confused, because their e-coupons and the ones in the ad state “Cannot be combined with other coupons or offers” So what coupons do they put out that allow stacking? I have never seen a Raleys coupon that didn’t have that wording

Hi Jennifer – coupons can be combined – we’re working on changing the language on our coupons to make it clearer for all. Thanks for your feedback!

My store had a tear pad in front of the end cap with the graham crackers that was a $1 coupon when you purchase all three items. I used this with the e-coupon and got all three items for three.

Hi so I don’t know that i’m understanding this correctly, but basically we can use as many coupons as we want if they fit the guide lines, and we can use as many as we want of he same coupon at a Nob Hill?

what is so great about their store policy? I thought all stores accepted 1 manu and 1 store.

They readily welcome it, and each week they offer a free product coupons that you can also stack with a manu. coupon for overage.

Julia, I am confussed on this. The policy question you asked was “Store coupon question – are we able to combine a manufacturer’s coupon with Raley’s printable coupons?” and their response was ” yes as long as the combined amount of the coupons does not exceed the value of the items & we carry the item/variety/flavor” So how can you get overage?

Are they still accepting internet printables? I was in my local Raley’s (Rancho Cordova on Folsom & Coloma) and I handed my coupons to the cashier, he used all them except the printables. He handed them back to me and said I’m sorry it’s our new policy, that we can’t except internet printables. We’re not getting money back on those like we’re suppose to, so they’ve updated the coupon policy. I haven’t tried again, cause I was a little embarrassed cause the bagger told the cashier that everyone just wants to use coupons cause of that show, and that there was lady in a few days earlier with a binder, and she just shook her head and said it’s crazy and then she walked away.

Hi all – I work for Raley’s. We have not changed our coupon policy. It seems like there was miscommunication at that store and I’m so sorry you had that experience, Mo. If you drop us a line at solutions@raleys.com, we’d like to make it up to you.
