There is a new cashback app in town called Ibotta, and it looks pretty fantastic! You select the items you want to earn cash back on from their list, complete a few tasks (learn a fact, take a poll, share on Facebook, play trivia, and watch a video are the options I see) – you get to choose what you want to do, and it tells you how much you will earn before doing it. You can complete as many as three tasks for any given item (most have three available), and the values start at $0.25 and go up from there.

Payout is at $5 – right into your Paypal account – not bad at all!

So here are the steps you’ll take…

  1. Sign up for iBotta
  2. Complete the tasks for the products you plan to buy
  3. Shop at Walmart, Target, or Walgreens (more stores planned)
  4. Take a Photo of your receipt
  5. Get paid when your account balance is at $5

The best part about this is that you CAN use manufacturer’s coupons to save even more! 

They include lots of everyday items – Jif Peanut Butter, Smucker’s, Eggland’s Best, Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Oroweat Bread, Gold Peak Tea, and KC Masterpiece are all in my list right now. Go sign up and see what offers they have for you, here are a few deals I found at Target yesterday…
