Because the coupon had a time limit there was no way I could have been back before it expired. Although the Floor workers had extra coupons in their possession not one of them would let me use one. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at that store over the years and should be treated as a valued customer. I now drive a few extra miles and shop at Joann's in Concord because of that incident.
