I typically do not write about Kmart and have avoided most of their double promotions because quite frankly it was a big disaster.  Most stores didn’t even know they were participating and because of this had no clue how the promotion worked.  Readers would email me with their horror stories and it was just a big hot mess.  However this time around it’s ADVERTISED in their ad, so we have something to show the cashiers!
Shop at Kmart with coupons from 11/20 – 11/23 and have all your coupons doubled up to $.99.  That means you can save as much as $1.98!   This is an unlimited doubles event!  There is no minimum purchase or limit to the number of coupons you may have.
This may be limited to certain stores, however you can view the ad, with the announcement HERE.
Here are a few deals from the ad..

Make sure that your coupon is ONLY 99 cents or less. If it is OVER the 99 cent mark, it will NOT be doubled. No, not even for the 99 cents. If it is over one dollar is will be honored for the coupon amount only. Or you can shop somewhere else; which would be my suggestion.

I’m new at this. So really it’s only worth it if it’s 50 cents or more, but less than $1.00?

Our Frys is doing all coupons worth $1.00 right now. I think Albertsons is too, at least they were as of last week, I need to check again.

My point is that Kmart probably has better prices on items than a regular grocery store, but it’s only worth it to use the coupons at a certain dollar value, right? :)

It’s been my experience that Kmart is more expensive than other stores. Target in Pleasant Hill has some surprisingly good prices on a lot of their grocery items!

I just called the Kmart at 5100 Clayton Rd., Concord, CA to verify that they were particiating in this promotion. They are! Yay!

I stopped using KMart two years ago because they were so confused on how to use coupons, specials and they were so darn rude. I would rather use Target.

If you have a bad experience at any store, see the manager. If the rudeness continues at that level, contact corporate offices. I find that most businesses bend over backwards to keep a customer, often sending you gift cards to coax you back to their stores. And if that doesn’t work, go on their FB page and let them know what happened, for all the world to see. That usually elicits a response!
KMart grocery prices are often the same as or higher than regular grocery store prices, but if they double a coupon, often the deal is great. Pays to do your homework and check prices before you buy. :o )

I just became a Silver VIP at Kmart and find good deals here in Grass Valley, CA. Also, they have free giveaways. Last week it was juice. Before that eggs. Next week I think is chocolate chips. Plus I’ve already earned a free turkey, and they now carry store coupons on their website. So you can use a manufacturer coupon *that’s doubled) and a store coupon. Go to a dude or a mom-looking or fast moving clerk though!

Also…they will accept price adjustments on seasonal items sometimes. Bought Halloween lights before Halloween and then they gave me the cash difference when I took them back after they went on sale. BONUS!
