It’s stuck for me too. I get to the page where it has your code and you have to click on “continue,” but it won’t go past that.
I was actually able to enter information but then it wouldn’t accept it.
And I just tried to use their “contact us” feature and that isn’t working either.
I just tried it and it stops and gives me a server error, maybe I’ll try Firefox
Not working with Firefox either, this is an AWESOME deal, I had it the last year and it saved me tons!!! I was going to have my hubby sign up. BTW, which server are you using? Here’s the error:

Drugstore.com just posted this comment on their fb page: “Hi everyone, just a quick update: ShopRunner’s site is having some issues, but once you have entered your name and email address in the application on OUR Facebook page and get to the “Activate Now” page, you have secured your code. If you have gone through this step, you can wait until the ShopRunner site is back up and running to fill out your account info and redeem (and we’ll let you know when that is!)” WHEW!

Report on google is that they won’t cancel after your free period.
Unfortunately I missed this deal, but I tried their 30 day trial last year and I was able to cancel after my free period. I researched beforehand and it seems that the people that had problems were the ones that tried to cancel after the free period.
I got a message that the offer is GONE!! No longer available
