I just purchased the $40 voucher for $10 and got my voucher code but when I checked out at LuckyVitamin the voucher only gave me a $20 credit and you pay 5.95 shipping so I don’t know if it ends up being that great of a deal.

Thanks! It should be $40 – it says that it was on sale for $20 but is 50% off making it $10……
BUT…. when I got my voucher in the fine print it says that after I enter the code $20 will be taken off my order…..hmmm?

looks like they realized their error – when you clink on the link it now says $20 for $10 …. I still have not heard back from them regarding my order which said “Hi Guest!

I just got off the phone with them. First, horrible customer service. They said it was a typo and it is only worth $20.00. She also told me that in the email it also states $20.00. I told her that my email title says $40.00 and that is what I thought I was purchasing and that I wanted a refund. She said refunds were not allowed and that it clearly states that on their website. I told her that it also clearly stated on the website that I was purchasing a $40.00 voucher and that’s what I expected to receive or a refund. She said no and I asked to speak to her supervisor. After being on hold for a long time she finally said the supervisor would issue a refund on my card within 3 days.

I still havent heard back via email so I called and after the 5th time finally got thru! The girl on the phone was nice and told it me it was an error but the fine print said $20….. I told her my order showed $40 and if that is wrong I wanted a refund – she asked me to hold on – then she came back on and told me I could keep the vouvher and she would credit my account $10 – which would be ok BUT I remember last time I ordered from Totsy they sent me the wrong size dress for my daughter and to this day I never got a refund or a new dress….so I am DONE with Totsy!!!
Anyway, she said they would refund my CC within 3 days.
