Do you have to be a JCpenny rewards member to get the Free haircut?
Julia July 13, 2012 at 10:47 am
No not at all, they just sent us a sneak preview.
Eunice July 13, 2012 at 11:08 am
Awesome! Thanks Julia. I signed up for the rewards program anyway. I can use the $10 reward for signing up to shop after my daughter gets a haircut :0)
Julia July 13, 2012 at 11:09 am
You’re very welcome! I don’t even remember signing up, where did you do that? The $10 reward sounds awesome!

I haven’t been shopping at JCP since their Mother’s Day ad with similar followup for the Father’s Day ad. They have shown where they stand in regard to traditional family values.

You know Carey, I have been recently informed and I am very appaulled. I’m not up to date with media and I mentioned the “Free haircuts” to a friend and they informed me of JCPenny’s agenda. I did make an appointment, but have decided to cancel it.

Can you elaborate?
JJ July 27, 2012 at 2:54 pm
JCPenney had a lesbian couple featured in their Mother’s Day ad and then a gay couple in their Father’s Day ad, too.

I 100% stand behind JCpenny and all thier values!!!!
Sarah July 20, 2012 at 8:53 am
I agree Kate!! They will always get my service
Blah Blah blah July 25, 2012 at 2:59 pm
I for one can say JCP is now on my list of places to shop! yay! love of all kinds!
Naomi July 27, 2012 at 1:31 pm
It’s a free haircut, not like you are supporting their value system, by taking advantage of it..Just don’t buy any of their products, if that is a concern.
Are you SERIOUS?? July 27, 2012 at 1:39 pm
You’re not shopping at JCP because they featured a same sex couple in their ad? Are you kidding me? People are people, no matter who they choose to love. If you have children, I hope they grow up to have a more open heart that you.
RCAR July 30, 2012 at 8:03 am
I wonder if the people thta don’t shop jcp cuz of there ads shop at other places w/ same sex ads? do htey even go to church? cuz the bible says not to judge people, and that is judging! where do they work? does the plac they work at allow peolpe to work there that r gay or lesbian or bi ? how about there neighborhood? where they eat? sorry people if you feel that way about an ad you should feel the same about anything and everything you do or go to, right???? yall need to go live in a bubble! These people have every right to believe in what they believe in just like you! You don’t like it TOUGH it is our GOD GIVEN RIGHT! BTW i am am a mother of 3 girls, all of which are straight, as I am! So its not because I am gay! I was broght up in a church family my father is a Baptist Minister!
JJ July 27, 2012 at 2:49 pm
A company with no morals…. Free or not, my kid is NOT getting his hair cut there. The Bible talks about people that call evil good and good evil. They will probably be out of business soon.
RCAR July 30, 2012 at 8:04 am
PS I work for JCP!!! WE ARE NOT GOING ANY WHERE! JJ!!

They also are the only company I have seen showing children in wheelchairs and children with Down Syndrome. What does the Bible say about that? Did you skip the part that says only God can judge?
