Oh boy this is a GOOD one! Right now you can print a coupon good at Lowes for 10% off your purchase of up to $1,000! You just need to click on the image above to print your coupon! Also, if you’re a Home Depot fan you may want to ask if they accept competitors coupons, many do!
NOTE: Make sure you disable your pop-up blocker or you’ll miss the coupon!
It mentions that this offer is for homes that are in foreclosure, but the Lowes team has issued the following update:
Clarification regarding the Lowe’s Printable Coupon campaign. The property does not actually have to be in foreclosure to claim the coupon. This morning I also got the following email about this offer “Lowe’s had some issues printing yesterday. We’ve been told that their coupon is working now. We tested this morning, and it printed for us several times. So if you still want a Lowe’s 10% OFF coupon, DOWNLOAD IT NOW!

I don’t see the image to click for the coupon….??

This is for foreclosed homes

Bethany, they sent out an update to the bloggers they asked to promote this offer. I’ve included it in my post it says “Clarification regarding the Lowe’s Printable Coupon campaign. The property does not actually have to be in foreclosure to claim the coupon.” When the coupon prints it says nothing about foreclosures.

Ann, you may have to refresh…
Ann Do via Facebook August 9, 2012 at 6:49 pm
Ah, it was blocked by Do No Track Plus. Got it now though, thanks.
Bethany Jones via Facebook August 9, 2012 at 6:49 pm
Oh that’s good to know! When I brought the page up this morning it asked for the foreclosed address and I wouldn’t feel right about claiming it like that. Thanks.
Bethany Jones via Facebook August 9, 2012 at 6:50 pm
Oh and I couldn’t get your post to come up on my phone…

Ann- I can’t see the coupon on Chrome but I can see it on my Safari. Maybe switch browsers? It’s frustrating but worth it some times

Frustrating. I filled out the form, put in the verification code, waited and waited and waited, then the form came up again, blank. Filled it again, got an immediate message back that a 10% off coupon had already been given to my address!!! Not.
Cathleen August 10, 2012 at 12:25 am
Same. Filled it out. Form came back up blank. Filled it out again and message said I got a coupon already. NOT. Disappointed. Need to make a larger purchase and this would have helped a great deal.
MsWobbi August 10, 2012 at 9:03 am
same thing. Filled out the form, entered code, came back that this address has received a coupon in the last 180 days. NOT! Tried my elderly neighbor’s address whom I help out daily. I know she hasn’t had one. I got the same message. I will tell you though, my husband belongs is a veteran, and we get a 10% discount at Lowe’s and Home Depot every time we go by showing his VA card. He’s out of town right now and I wanted to go get some gardening stuff
and I don’t go if I don’t have a discount.

I got the same message as the rest of you, that the coupon had already been issued to my address! Ridiculous for them to ask bloggers to send an apology message and “confirm” the link is working correctly, when it clearly is not. Also, there is NO email contact on the page, to inform them of the error. Very frustrating.
Sonya August 10, 2012 at 4:32 pm
Nope. Once again, I filled out the form and it said that a coupon had already been sent to the address. How annoying!!!
Mekela Busbee via Facebook August 10, 2012 at 7:04 pm
just got mine and just in time!
Andrea B August 10, 2012 at 7:18 pm
Actually, all Home Depot stores take competitor coupons. It’s part of their company policy.
(I have a link to their policy here:http://themarketsquawk.com/2012/02/20/price-matching/)

It says I have to enter the forclosed address but I don’t feel right entering an address that is not in forcloser. But would love the coupon! Bummer maybe you can be our voice to lowes to let them know we are really disappointed!
Krista August 13, 2012 at 5:33 pm
FYI, even though it says not valid for online sales, I just entered the barcode number where the promo code needed to be for an online purchase and it worked. I did select store pickup rather than shipping, so not sure if that made the difference!
Jenelle Case August 18, 2012 at 9:21 am
The link says offer not available.
Mr Frugal August 18, 2012 at 10:17 am
Thanks Jenelle, I didn’t check it before I put it on FB again.
