I would use it towards a nice coat for work. My current coats are either to casual or just plain not warm enough!
They have some Leather Boots I have had my eye on for awhile

Burlington Coat Factory is such a neat store it’s hard to say what you would come out of the outlet with until you actually get there to shop.
I’d likely spend it in the housewares dept though. I really need some new bath towels.
