I have five boys to buy sneakers for right now for school. Most definitely I would use that for them! I am finding that it just doesn’t pay to buy anything less than good, brand name sneakers – they wear out much more slowly than store brands. Famous Footwear has a great deal going on right now!

they would be for my son- his feet are growing so fast. I have inherited his hand me down shoes for the past few years. All are almost brand new. He now wears just a 1/2 size smaller than his dad. They wont share shoes- they have different taste.

How funny, our family was at a Famous Footwear shoe store at an Outlet Mall last weekend. My husband needed a pair of running shoes and we bought a pair from them! Great deal on them by the way! My daughter wanted a pair but since we couldn’t afford them, I told her no. But if I’d win, I would get her a cute pair girls shoes w/ heels on them!

I’d buy a pair that I would be able to wear in comfort. I have Neuropathy in my feet and have been living in flip flops during the summer and some type of clogs in the winter. I have one pair of shoes, sized 1/2 size larger than I usually wear, that has 3 layers of cushion. A friend bought them for me, $90, but I don’t wear them often, afraid to wear them out.

I’m done shopping for my kids. But I noticed that mom is do for a pair of new shoes. I think the one thing I don’t budget is time and money for myself. I would use this toward getting myself some new shoes and/socks because I noticed I need some of those too.
