FREE Kids Lunch Sack with Stonyfield, Annies, Honest Kids, or Seventh Generation Purchase

Did you score the super cheap Stonyfield YoKids Squeezers at Whole Foods last week?  If so, don’t toss those boxes too quickly because you can send in the UPCs for a FREE Kids Konserve Lunch Sack!  There is a limit of 3 Lunch Sack per household and shipping is FREE too!

1. Print this Entry Form and fill in the required information
2. Eligible products include: Annie’s Homegrown (any item), Honest Kids (8‐pack carton or 64oz. bottle), Seventh Generation (disinfectant sprays and wipes), OR Stonyfield YoKids Organic Yogurt (yogurt 6‐pack or 4‐pack, or Squeezers).
3. Products must be purchased between August 1, 2012 and October 31, 2012. Program ends October 31, 2012.
4. Proofs of Purchase must be in the form of an original receipt with products listed or a physical cut‐out of the UPC barcodes from any of the eligible products’ packaging.
5. Allow 8‐10 weeks for delivery
6. Mail completed Entry Form along with TWO (2) required proofs of purchase per lunch sack to:
