JC Penney is bringing back the FREE kid’s haircut deal and for good! Looks like the were happy with the response and their marketing ploy worked well for them with 1.6 million free haircuts given out during the month of August! Starting on November 4th, and every Sunday thereafter you can get a FREE haircut for your kiddos. I’d still suggest making an appointment if at all possible.
The great part is that they stylist are still paid their normal hourly wage since they do not work on commission, but since it’s free is nice to tip generously if you’re able to and if the work was done well.
