Free Bus Passes, Limited Quantity, One Time Offer

  • Saves families money and time
  • Less traffic means safer schools
  • Fewer cars produce cleaner air

SchoolPool is an established program throughout Contra Costa that provides free public transit tickets as an alternative to driving your student(s) to school.

Central and East County

Encourage your student(s) to take the bus to school to reduce traffic congestion and air pollution.  Eligible 1st – 12th grade riders can receive a County Connection or Tri Delta Transit punch pass to cut costs. Communities served include Walnut Creek, Concord, Martinez, Clayton, Pittsburg, Antioch, Oakley and Brentwood.

  • The SchoolPool program will run from August 1st, 2009 through September 30, 2009.
  • This is a limited – one time offer for up to three students per household while passes last.

Eligible 1st-12th grade students may apply for a 24 ride County Connection Punch Pass or a 20 ride Tri-Delta Transit Fixed Route Punch Pass.
