The classes are very relaxed and casual plus you get a free full size product from my list of “favorites” to take home! It’s a great time to come with any questions you might have or with a blank slate ready to learn. If you apply what I teach, I can promise you that you will save money, even that very week. We are a family of 6 living on $45 a week for groceries and I can assure you it’s not just bean’s and rice!
