The swiffer sweeper starter for $8.99 would not work with the 3/7 PG coupon for 10$ off a starter kit?

Dreyers Ice Cream is a good deal $2.50 and $1/1 coupon 01-31-10 SS only $1.50. I only found it in the S.F. Chronicle.

I have a question. I keep looking through our local CA ad and do not see the Easter Candy advertised as buy $10 get $3 ECBS. I saw the candy advertised at 2/$5 and BOGO on the Mars Easter Candy but no ECB. Do we not get the ECB since it is not advertised in our area?
