  CVS is again offering the Kid’s Halloween Freebie. Last year’s looked like this http://thefrugalfind.com/cvs-free-treat-bag-for-kids-today/ The Bay Area Ad shows this year’s event is Oct. 21, 2012 1pm-3pm.
