
Have you ever purchased a product that you just weren’t thrilled with? Or did the product guarantee more then it delivered? Was it missing a part? Did it simply not work? Overall – were you unsatisfied? If so, contact the customer service department! They eagerly want to please you, the customer. Often they will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. They want you to purchase their product again and they want you to tell your friends about it.
I recently did just that. I purchased a pack of Huggies and at least 2 of the diapers were missing the tabs (yes Krista, I could have used Duct Tape!), instead I called the customer service department listed on the package. I very nicely explained what happened and that I realized it’s not a ton of money lost, but still…I purchased the diapers for a certain price based on how many I would have at my disposal (yes a play on words). She was incredibly kind and said they would never want a customer to lose even 1 diaper on their accord. She took my name and address and said she would send out a few coupons. Three days later they are here! FREE diapers and several $2.00 off coupons! So do I love Huggies? Yes. Would I tell a friend about Huggies? Yes. Mission accomplished.
