I’m having a lot of trouble with their site. It says a size is available but then won’t let me check out cause it says N/A. I’m going to call the outlet in Vacaville and see if they have this same deal. I know they had BOGO not that long ago so it’s possible that this deal is in the outlet stores too. I will let you know what I find out.
I ordered two pairs of shoes for my kids using the BOGO promotion and 5 days later they sent me an email saying one of the shoes is now out of stock. They will not let me cancel my order or add to it to take advantage of the promotion. I find it very frustrating and unfair and makes it difficult for customers to benefit from their promotions.
Rachelle, that really isn’t right! Did you try to contact them and ask for a manager, I wouldn’t settle for that. What terrible customer service that is!
ok so I jumped the gun on being mad at them. They clarified their email and I’m not being charged at all for my order. I’m getting my pair of crocs for free!
