Remember the I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter catalina coupon deal? Well my $2 coupons didn’t print, so I went home and called the Catalina company. They ask for the specifics from the store receipt – date, location, etc. Give them your contact information and you’re set. The coupons will be made to you.
Mine came in the mail today, but along with another dilemma. A pretty funny one. The letter very specifically states that the coupons do expire and they must be used prior to the expiration date. Today is Dec. 11th the coupons are dated to expire to expire on Dec. 6th, that’s a little bit of a problem. The funnier thing is that the letter was dated Dec. 8th.
On my list of things to do Monday, call Catalina, again.

This may be a ridiculous questions, but what is the number to the catalina company? (I just had this happen to me tonight, on my third transaction and the elderly gentleman working the register told me I had already saved enough and if it didn’t print it was for good reason… he went on to tell me that while I had obviously figured out how to “work the system” sometimes the system has a right to “work me” and so, no, I wasn’t getting my catalina from him!) I laughed and told him to have a good evening, but I still want my coupon!

This is hilarious!!! I am sorry for your pain…but I am also rolling on the floor laughing! Cuz, they MAILED and TYPED the letter 2 days after the coupons they enclose expire! oh boy!
