Safeway comes out with a Coupon Bookelet each month that is full of great coupons. The highlight is that they are manufacturer coupons and can be used at any store! I found mine in the toiletries aisle at Safeway this morning. On the front it lists all of the Safeway affiliates stores, so I imagine you can find them at your store even if you don’t have a Safeway. It looks exactly like the January Coupon Booklet but says $14 and has February on the front. I’ll try to add a picture soon.
