I found the above coupon booklet along with the $18 ‘Heart Healthy’ Safeway Coupon Booklet today at Safeway. However, these coupons are manufacturer’s coupons and they can be used at ANY store. I’ve gotten reports that these were also found at CVS.

I also found these at Kroger by the entrance!
I also found them at my local Piggly Wiggly store. They were sitting on a free-standing cardboard display by the soda.
